Happy New Year’s and a happy new semester. This is my first spring semester in 5 years without snow and sub-zero temperatures. It’s my second spring semester with diapers, and first without dogs. The depressed and semi-furless cat, however, is hanging in despite the loss of his boon companions.
I’m teaching 3 courses again this semester, 202: English Comp, 206: The Literature of Place (focused on the South and globalization), and 600: Other Ethnic Literature (focus in Latin America). It’s going to be a good one!
