ENGL 366: Literature of Immigration

In this course students will consider American narratives of immigration, focusing on immigration in the northern half of the Western Hemisphere (Canada, the US, Mexico, and Central America). Readings will draw from a variety of sources, from US Southern Lit to contemporary indigenous literatures from Mexico and Guatemala to introduce students to a number of different perspectives and experiences on this topic.
