So far in class we have spoke a lot about globalization, global capitalism, and how these redefine human relationships.
For this assignment you need to pick an object from your daily life (a sweater, coffee, whatever you like) and to the best of your ability trace it back to the people/person who made it at its place of origin. What is your relationship with this person? What can you/can you not find out about that person’s life and the conditions under which this object was made?
This assignment should be no fewer than three pages and length and follow the format specified on the syllabus. It is due Monday, February 18.
